The Japan Online Game Association or JOGA was established in June 2007 in order for the online game service providers to cooperate with each other and solve various problems, which the gaming industry is facing today. JOGA performs various activities to promote and raise the industry and makes its best efforts to cope with new type of problems arising from online games, thus contributing the public benefits.
The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) is the largest non-profit membership organization serving the video games industry. IGDA is committed to advancing the careers and enhancing the lives of game developers by connecting members with their peers, promoting professional development and acting as an advocate on issues that affect our community.
BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES
The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) is the umbrella association for the IT-BPO and GIC (Global In-House Center) industry in the Philippines. BPAP serves as the one-stop information and advocacy gateway for the industry.
With approximately 300 industry and support-industry members, including five associations, BPAP plays a pivotal role in sustaining rapid growth of the IT-BPO and GIC industry by working to ensure an enduring supply of high quality labor, supporting service innovation, and providing country visibility.
FlipGeeks is an online portal dedicated to providing news, updates on games, the geek genre (toys, movies, comics, etc) and pop culture. It was launched in 2009 and grew to become the Philippine’s number one geek-oriented website.
